What I collect

When you fill out a form, I collect what you enter, such as your name, phone, email, county, the coverage you're asking about, any details you add, and your consent to be contacted. I also record the date and time you agreed and the page you used.

How I use it

Only to respond to your request and contact you about the insurance options you asked about. Before we discuss specific Medicare plans, I'll confirm the topics with you, as Medicare rules require.

What I don't do

I don't sell your information. I don't share it with other agents or marketing companies unless you give written permission. I share it with an insurance company only if you choose to apply with them, or when the law requires it.

Services that help run this site

Form submissions are delivered to my email through a form service (Web3Forms). The site's web host may keep standard visitor logs, such as IP address and browser type.

Opting out

You can withdraw your permission anytime: reply STOP to a text, tell me on a call, or email me. I'll stop contacting you and delete your form details on request, except where I'm required to keep records.
